Close friend of 5 years, confesses to having crush on me for the entire time. Says he would turn gay for me but that we can't be friends anymore because I have boyfren and he is jealous

Best friend of 10 years, confesses to having crush on me for the entire time. Moves 8 hours away to sort her feelings out and because I have boyfren she is also jealous

Boyfriend in question isn't even very good and kind of sucks. Have been together for 8 years, but only see eachother once a week now. Says he would still describe himself as straight; despite me being on TRT for 3.5 years (passing for 3), saying how much he likes my bigger dick & muscles, and how hairy my ass is now. Refers to me exclusively by they/them even though I tell him not to. Won't hold my hand or kiss me in public or even in front of friends anymore. Etc etc

I feel like the only reason I'm still with him is because I don't think I could do any better. We've also never had a relationship with anyone else and have been together for so long. I don't know if I'd just be throwing away what we have and end up regretting it. Kind of shooting myself in the foot by staying with him though, no opportunity to get with anybody else if you're unavailable
