Currently on pills and having issues such as blood clots in legs and hair thinning out. I used to do injections but my local vendor doesn’t sell them anymore and I’m also tired of injecting and hurting my legs. So how do you girls use your estrogen gel ? Where do I apply it to ? How much do I apply ? How often do I apply ? I tried searching online and got lots of different answers so I just wanted to know how you guys on here use it

>>44037818i hope you're not getting the gel in a tube or something because that's impossible to dose right. mine comes in a dosage pump bottle and i put 1 pump on each thigh 2 times a day so that's 4 a day. mind you when i only apply to thighs without putting the residue on the scrotum my levels are a lot lower, like 75 ng/l so i wouldn't do that

>>44037901I am indeed getting the ones in tubes. Those are the only once I’ve got access too. I plan on squeezing a couple tubes in a pump bottle so I get consistent dosages daily. >>44037965>worried about E levels spiking and dropping too quicklyyea they will spike a lot more that way, also just seems impossible for it to dry in a reasonable amount of time putting so much gel on such limited surface area. either way def wait for it to dry fully before putting clothes on. the skin where you applied it will have some sort of slightly sticky residue on it after it dries. you will know when it's fully dry, it's pretty obvious.i can't believe they still put it in tubes honestly, no way anyone is getting any sort of consistent dose with those. so yes putting it into a pump bottle will help a lot.gel isn't perfect but it's the best i can get here in belgium on govt healthcare. it has served me well this way
