is it common to be more dysphoric now that i'm on hrt? i cry and get envious everyday
>>
yes, you stop suppressing your feelings and it takes a while to get used to your emotions on estrogen

yes. it takes a while to adjust to actually feeling your feelings; i cut myself more in my first year of hrt than any other in my life. it gets better though. i haven't regularly cut in several years

I got worse because I accepted that I am trans and that I have to transition
