I've never seen a human-looking robot with human-like dexterity. Seen plenty of weirdobots that have human-like dexterity. But it's all technically possible.

Simulating the intelligence would still be the hard thing to do at this point. It could converse fluently with you but it would be unable to learn tasks as fluently as a human and that might sound minor but you do not know how often humans learn little conventions in day to day operation. This machine would appear to have alzheimers any time you asked it to do anything other than talk.
