I know that most trans women especially those who transitioned after 18 normal have small breasts but is it possible for a trans woman to have larger than average breast or am I definitely going to be stuck with small ones?Also if anyone knows how to get larger ones outside of surgery and what to avoid please let me know

I probably won't be able to afford prog until I'm 2 years into my transition, I hear people recommend not starting it until this point anyway but would it be better to start prog earlier. I've already gotten good growth at a year in so I'm not complaining.
