also pro-tip for stim binges:if Ur deep in the trenches u will know when you've gone all day without eating before even starting the binge and then you just do a bit and whoops all of a sudden it's been two days since you last ate and slept.the trick is beer. Not much just one beer every 1-2 hours. It's good sustenance about 200kcal per bottle so if Ur binging 12 hours that's anywhere from 1.2-2.4k kcals. Exactly what your body needs and it goes down the hatch super smooth.
