When I was younger I thought that at some point in life you would swap genders.One of my earliest memories was asking my mum when she became a woman and she told me that you stay as the gender you are born as.This crushed me as a child - did anyone else have a similar experience?Deep down there's still a part of me that feels like I will be a cis woman before I die, even though that doesn't make any sense.
