>>44072315fibrotic tissue elasticity in the ECM is a major inhibitor of growth i think, and basically anyone who did not get fat as a teen or who does not have really elastic skin is not going to get good breast development as an adult transitioning. there are protocols that help but you need to be willing to read and understand some things before using them, because theyre not risk free and not idiot proof.
