people like you act like it's some sort of gotcha but it's not. sexual preference is inherently discriminatory. that person wants a cis woman, and maybe there is a cis woman ok with a trans woman, and those two could be happy together. but making yourself date people you're not into hurts both people. it's no different than fat people who won't date other fat people who people who don't want to date their own race or whatever.

In terms of dating an FtM my biggest issue is the fear we'd push each other back into our AGAB roles in the relationship. Plus their lack of male socialization, and the fact they're carrying a lot of gender related baggage (which I also am) makes it just too risky to be a viable romantic option.
