It is also an office job, so people can't be outright disrespectful if you look weird/off. You also have to interact with people a good like 50% of the time/the day, be it coworkers or end users. Not great if you are very introverted or asocial like people here are.

I load samples onto analyzers, QC/maintenance, and validate results. Sometimes I also do manual testing if results are questionable. Work flows and volume can vary depending on department.
