I have actual Autism (level 2, diagnosed at 12) and my life is completely screwed because I can't get disability services unlike 30 year old self diagnosers. Trans is about TRANSitioning, not anything else. HRT is easy as shit to get. I started it while I was literally homeless (general delivery from post office) and theyfabs/theymabs can't spend 5 minutes researching hormone levels or buying DIY. If you live in the United States (minus Florida) you can get this shit easily. Just donate plasma or work a single temp agency shift. It's not that hard.
