i think my wife could lift me but i would be terrified of her hurting her spine and ending up like me

i totally freaked out watching her lift a like 100lb furniture box some months ago; one of my desks or our vanity i think it was; and that was just lifting it like 10 inches at most to get it on our little cart to bring it upstairs

im 125; i just dont want her to get hurt and i could easily get hurt too
