recently, i finally choose a name i think it's pretty and shit (Amanda). i essentially tested a bunch of names and this is the on i liked the most. so i told my friends and they liked it as well, but one of them made a joke by calling me A-MAN-da. i know it's a joke and i'm not mad about it, but it made me really self councious and now i'm lowk thinking abt choosing another name, which is pretty annoying cuz i really like this one...also, english isn't my countries language, so most people wouldn't even think abt making this joke. still, i'm really annoyed by this situation
you need better frens also no one who isn't an asshole like your friend will mock it and even with another name assholes (like your fren) would mock you over something elseits a lovely name and not clocky please don't change it
i would just not choose that name surely theres other names that you likeyou have the advantage being able to choose any name you want why choose one that can obviously be made a transphobic joke out of you will get sick of hearing it
