what is your fatmaxxing strategy?

>consume lots of calories and healthy fats (smoothies, yogurt, peanut butter, avocado)

>high estradiol and prog levels
>maintain consistent routine and sleep schedule
>minimise stress (cortisol is bad for muscle gain)
>gain muscle and fat on thighs/hips/butt
>gain fat and breast tissue on breasts

Gaining weight in feminine pattern requires a balance of diet, exercise, hormones, and timing. The goal is to put on both muscle and fat, while doing exercise and having a good diet. Fat will distribute into a more female pattern if your female hormones levels are correct. It is also better to gain weight more gradually both for general health and for gaining a more feminine body shape.

Don't do exercises at all.
If you're already on prog you've fucked up a lot of what this will do for you, it's still worth weight cycling, you'll just get less result than no-prog. If you're not on prog don't do prog until you've exhausted every last thing you can get from E. High E is always good. Make sure you're nuking your T.
Consistent sleep is okay, LOTS of sleep is better tho. Lots of resting and meditation will help get your cortisol levels down too which is always a good idea.

Things you missed:
Collagen collagen collagen. Whenever you're weight cycling up or down 10-30g of collagen is essential for maintaining skin quality.
2-1-1 carb-protein-fat ratio if you can manage it. You can go 2-1-2 but you're going to have problems pooping.
Don't gain or lose more than 1% of body weight per week or you'll fuck your skin.
Stay hydrated, your body won't tell you to do this, you have to do it conciously.
Your body will demand salt, give it to it.

Yes I am going to eat lots of dairy (which is animal fat, which are typically saturated fats). But both type of fats are good for weight gain, but too much saturated fats is bad for general cardiovascular health.

And there'd be no point if you did. What prog does is it ends female puberty and starts fertility. What that means is going to a high E will not result in permanent changes, rather any gains you get in your breasts will only be maintained while you are high E, if you go back to a lower dose your breasts will shrink back and sag. This is not necessarily a bad thing if you're planning on getting a BA.

Peptides are made up of amino acids.
When you eat collegen peptides, something that is hard to find in nature, it is used to synthesize the protein elastin which allows for skin to expand and contract.
So when you are gaining weight collagen peptides encourage the skin to expand to accomadate that weight without stretching, and when you're losing weight collagen peptides allow you skin to contract without creating wrinkles and skinflaps.
