If you’re a poorfag what would be the best way to save up and help your girlfriend in her transition? Would it fall underneath medical so I could put it in an untaxed health savings account (HSA) in the U.S.? She wants to get surgery overseas. Do I just need to find a better job? How would I go about that… The economy sucks so much right now. Even careerfags are constantly getting laid off.
