What can I do to improve my sex life if I was butchered against my consent because I had phimosis?
My whole frenulum is missing.
I will probably be non-op even if regenerative surgery ever becomes a thing for this reason.

For context I am bi and switch vers, former femboy and maybe enby (?)
Anyways I actually used to cope with not having a vagina by never looking down while doing stuff and just spreading my legs and rubbing with my partner... that's nowhere near as pleasureable anymore and I'm mixed about anal, buttplugs help me getting orgasms but it sucks that without them I'm unsatisfied and genital stimulation just doesn't feel as good anymore
and most women would want me to top anyways so I have to known how to do it anyways I guess, other wise I go from "girl with a dick" to "subpar girl with dysfunctional genitals" (which they partly are anyways now...)

I can't even go for SRS (not that I like I got the money anyways) cause the foreskin is needed to be refashioned into the labia minora and again why would I after already getting traumatized by an unnecessary invasive surgery, not like the results are on-par with cis women anyways and I would become irreversibly sterile
