good morning!! this may be better for the fitness forum so lmk if im posting in the wrong area id just feel sort of awkward bringing up ftm stuff in that area. So im asking here!

Im hoping to get specifically ftms opinions; what workout routine helped you pass better? I don't know if there is really a universal routine that helps every ftm or if its dependent on other factors I've never really been super into fitness. Any tips or pointers helps a lot!

I’m not an FTM, I’m a gay cis man who fucks FTMs because man + pussy is objectively the best combination of gender and genitalia.

If you want to pass, your shoulders need to be wider than your hips. This means shoulders, back, and chest, in that order. Don’t blast your pecs too hard if you haven’t had top surgery. Don’t design a plan from scratch, save time and just look for weightlifting programs for baseball players, it hits the muscles you want in the correct proportions. For lower body, make sure to hit legs (Elliot Page looks fucking ridiculous in that magazine because he skipped leg day) but stay away from hip thrusts and deadlifts, you don’t want to make your glutes too big.

Just look up beginner push pull legs routines retard. You didn’t need to make a thread for this.
