Ridiculously difficult question, so many of the best artists are queer. In terms if technical skill it's probably dana terrace (of owl house fame) and spencer wan (also animated on owl house, castlevania, and spiderverse- imo one of the greatest living animators). If we're talking about artists who make cool explicitly queer art, theres this artist named ddbentl who makes these crazy experimental cartoons that i personally really enjoy and are a big inspiration thematically and philosophically. Its all done with this diy, mixed media, use whatever you can get your hands on approach with like literal mspaint animation alongside blender and claymation and shit.
