I've been waiting for 20 days now for any mails from symphony after using their mutual aid thing. I didn't get any mails when the mutual aid started, when I put in my order etc and the only time they replied to me it was a 3 word reply that just left me confused. I don't know if to email them again or just let it go and try to figure out another way to get hrt.

This was in reply to me saying I wasn't receiving any mails from the email that I put into the order and mutual aid like notification thing where you can put your mail there so they notify you when mutual aid is open etc.
No emails or anything were sent to the mail I put in still and there's been no replies to my mails from that account asking them if my mutual aid order went through (which I have to assume did because when I tried to redo it it told me I already had ordered from this mutual aid round)
Also sure hope you meant July 1st since that's the mutual aid I ordered from. If they still haven't sent the June ones that's sad

This really makes me think the mutual aid lottery was just a PR move to repair their reputation in the community after so many fuckups. Almost 9 months 5-6mg een im weekly, should I start prog at 9 months or wait till one year?
