you shouldn't ever try to be something you're not.
what you should be doing is trying to undo whatever repression you had, not making more of it. you'll be as 'female' as you will be.

NTA but you rejecting mef is not a good idea.
You don't need to turn mef into a religion. But it does help your brain adjust to a more feminine pov. And not just sexually.
Other than that, just continue to live. Even if you don't fully pass, the longer you live as a woman, the more your brain adapts. Don't become obsessed with either "killing" or "controlling" your male ego. He'll adapt and accept that you're doing this now. If it's a measurable improvement, "he" will even accept it. Ask me how i know, lol.

funnily enough i actually do somewhat understand this part. but even so, it still feels like i’m intentionally losing and throwing “The Game”.

>how to mef
Step 1: Accept that you are growing into a woman. But you're not there yet. You're not even sure you'll get there ever. But the journey matters.
Step 2: Accept you're a failed male and there's nothing to be ashamed of. Especially since you are addressing it by honestly embracing feminization.
Step 3: Your feminization isn't punishment or humiliation. It's the way forward for failed males. Stop the resentment!
Step 4: Accept the following facts:
>At least 92% of women are submissive (not just sexually, but as a personality too)
>90% of women date exclusively men
>Nearly 100% of women (including nearly all autistic women) learn how to camouflage in order to fit in
>Moderation is the norm among women in everything - for better AND for worse. Learn the better ones, try to skirt the bad parts when possible
You can take the easy route and aim to be a straight submissive woman, or the harder routes and think these can't/don't apply to you. I took the easy route.
Still, the third fact, about camouflaging, is mandatory. You must learn that. Not only it will benefit your eventual soulpassing but it will do a lot of good for your mental health overall.
These four facts are the only ones "mandatory".
It doesn't matter if you like X or Y media/entertainment. What matters if you're obsessed with it. If you are, you're doing things wrong.
This matters because it's universal through ALL facets of life as a woman.
Sexuality is the easiest hack into the human brain. The more I got to see myself as a submissive tranny (sexually speaking), the more my behavior overall IRL became more demure, more... appropriate (for lack of a better word).
The more I learned to shut up over minute irrelevant nonsense, the less I came off as an autistic male and a lot more like a quirky woman (and slowly, in time, as a relatively normal and adjusted woman).
Forcefem smut/porn is cringe. But you've got to find a way into making your brain to expect and crave being subby

It will feel cringe and a LARP at first. For several weeks or even months. But just soldier on. In about three months I caught myself adopting a more feminine physical posture without even thinking about it. That's just one example out of many small ones that seep into non-sexual behavior.
I won't lie: it's far easier if you're not autistic (and I am not). But it's still the best idea even if you are. "Soulpassing" (including to yourself!) is a slow process that can only be accelerated by MEF, but can't be sped up for immediate results.
You should do this regardless of the stage of physical transition you are. I wish I had known this earlier too.
And then, just be honest with yourself. When my trannymaxxing brain would revolt, I'd just simply list (first in physical writing, later on just mentally) the achievements. My internal dialogue basically worked like this:
"Look, ik you think it's cringe to X/Y/Z or that the whole trannymaxxing project is weird af, but:
>we now have a better job
>we're no longer invisible romantically and sexually
>we're no longer virgin, like c'mooon
>we're x% into the fund for FFS and the math adds up. we're gmi
Ye, but it's cringe and iwnbaw
>oh yes we will. your way brought 23 years of misery and loneliness. My turn now! This brings results"
These kinds of internal dialogues continued for the first 2 or 3 years. Then "he" eventually stfu. After FFS we merged and integrated. I will always be "malebrained" over certain things and that's fine. But now I'm also legally a married woman and life is good. "he" doesn't have any reason to stay separate from this life.
Besides, I'm a trannymaxxer so the only part that really matters is if I can continue to enjoy life as socially female because that's why I bothered through all of this. Anything that serves that objective needs to be tried and, if it works, kept (whatever "it" is - be it a new behavior, new posture, voice training, softer language you name it) [2/3]
>>
>>44256198
>>44257230
I was already doing most of that mechanically anyway and it was working. But once I adopted MEF and started tweaking things sexually too, now it's all way easier.
Sure, maybe iwnbaw. But I owe it to myself and to my husband to be the best feminine being that I can be, especially since I like most of the outcomes and certainly don't want to ever go back.
>>44257230
>it still feels like i’m intentionally losing and throwing “The Game”
Respectfully I have no idea what you mean by 'the game'.
As for intentionally losing, you need to shift the mindset. Femininity is not a downgrade. It's just a different path. Once you enjoy it it's actually an upgrade unironically.
>alr i’ll bite. how do you know?
errr... the namefag is for real. I did all of that myself.
Zero dysphoria. Transition solely for the possibility of living life as socially female because I wagered it would work better. And, lo and behold, it did.

Do you see yourself as a woman now?
>>
>>44257394
Do you think it's worth it regardless of passing potential?
>>
>>44257623
Something very close to, yeah.
I'm on an srs waitlist and I'm legally female and married to a man.
I will never be a cis woman, ofc. But that's okay. Again: it's not like I trooned out of dysphoria.
I'm woman enough physically and socially female. Just locking in. My incel friends who thought I'm crazy are still virgins and poorer. I would've ended up like then without this. So might as well embrace it.
>>44257658
IDK. That's for you to decide. Depends on a lot of factors.
I was mentally prepared for this to fail and had considered being an hrt femfag or even detrooning. Had a timeline for those too.
Now, ofc, I'm never going back.
Do keep in mind that your initial assessment(s) of passing potential may indeed be proven wrong. I was sure I wasn't passing at all before FFS but it turned out I was passing ~2/3 of the times. I'm in a country with a gendered language and there is no way to politely address one in the neutral. So there's a referendum on your passing every single day. After ffs i've only been addressed in the masculine once: in court as I was summoned for the procedure to change my legal name and gender marker.
I can't tell you if it's worth it for you. What I can say is that trying is nowhere near as harmful as people think and "reverse dysphoria" likely doesn't exist at all.
>>
integrate it into yourself
>>
>>44257766
I live in a country with gendered language and no pronoun culture and I pass 2/3 but it still stings when I get misgendered which sometimes makes me socially anxious (I'm dysphoric, sadly). I'm going to start ffs by parts and I'm saving for srs
>>
>>44257840
>pass 2/3
>hasn't had ffs yet
You'll be fine. Eyes on the prize, nona.
Yes, the daily referendum on passing is annoying (I'm sure way worse for you), but you're improving in incremental steps and you're not done.
>I'm dysphoric, sadly
I repeat: eyes on the prize.
Yes, it's harder when you're dysphoric and I can't pretend to understand even 1% (tho lowkey I hate how long the srs waitlist is even if I'm paying out of pocket and skipping the bureaucracy).
But, at the end of the day, the technical pathway on physical transition is still the same, dysphoric or not.
You're not at your destination yet. Every time you're socially anxious, remind yourself of this. You're already way further than you were when you started.
>saving for srs
Based. Says me still preop lol.
>>
>>44257766
what's the timeline roughly look like for hrt femfag if you remember at all? I'm nonbinary and originally came out as a woman when I started transitioning but now I kinda wish to be seen in a similar light as a pretty gay boy again oddly enough
>>
>>44258103
>what's the timeline roughly look like for hrt femfag if you remember at all
About two years in my case. But admittedly I was also retarded. I could've sped that up if I had started dressing more fem earlier and had actually tried to engage sexually. But then again, i was an incel. Some things had to be learned the harder way.
>but now I kinda wish to be seen in a similar light as a pretty gay boy again oddly enough
I can't claim to understand that.
My advice is to stop giving a shit about labels. Just be you, continue feminization and see what happens. I realize it's easier said than done, but it's also the path that causes the least annoyance regardless of whether you're dysphoric or not.
>>
>>44258123
>My advice is to stop giving a shit about labels
I'm like autistic and enjoy categorizing things too much but I'm to a point where I'll probably let go of labels now that I feel I've figured out how I wanna be
>Just be you, continue feminization and see what happens.
I'm luckily already pretty feminine in nature and hrt really has done a lot for me in these past 2 years; most people just see me as a trans girl at least, from what I can tell
>>
>>44258145
>enjoy categorizing things too much
That's an understatement.
Live more, categorize a lot less. It's how trannies end up obsessed with what's 'fembrained' and what isn't over the most minute and irrelevant stuff.
>most people just see me as a trans girl at least
>from what I can tell
Since you're an autist, your telling may not be fully accurate.
The best way to work around that without asking people weird questions is to just continue to experiment and let passive unprompted feedback happen.
But whatever you do and wherever you may end up identity and presentation-wise, it would do you a lot of good to lean on the stuff described here >>44257394
The standard autistic male behavior is offputing. It's your main enemy regardless of what you want now or will want in the future. And it seeps into everything, not just dating or gender identity. The sooner you learn to camouflage, the better.
The reason autistic females have statistically better results is because they do learn this very early on.
>>
>>44258795
>standard autistic male behavior
don't have that, I make friends with women or other queer people more often than cishet guys, people always feel easy around me because I'm generally calm and always really sweet and love to chitchat
is that camouflaging?

transmaxxers talking about their progress gives me an erection every time

nta but if you'd date one you'd be shocked how serious they are.

they're closer to the transsexuals of the past rather than the brainwormed dysfunctional weirdos that are very vocal on this board.
my gf is laser-focused on getting srs and in the meantime she works hard to save up the money and also voice trains and wants me to forcefem her.

not surprising considering that they are just normal trannies. theres still plenty of trans people like that outside of 4chan
