Google is your friend. Like it's literally front page if you seach "facial feminization surgery spain/belgium/turkey". Click the links and they have contact forums. Look up the names of the clinics and there's an infinite glossary of former clients on r*ddit (both happy and unhappy).
The doctor that operated on me no longer works in Europe (so the information is useless to you). I went to Facial Team in Spain. Not affordable though (~40k euros).
You gotta do this research on your own though. It's your face. I'm just a nameless tranny. Anything I say (just like anything any anon on the mongolian basket weaving forums says) should not be taken at face value.
