how can a tranny live with learned helplessness?

Attach themselves to more competent partners and force them to do all the emotional labour

The same way as anyone else.
They don't.

learned helplessness as a concept is retarded and i hate shrinks

you deal with it by contemplating the object of fear OP. the replies anyone here will give you will be retarded. you sit down, you meditate, and you fixate on the sensation of fear and find out it's object, and then direct wise attention and contemplation toward it.

>the definition of insanity is not continuously doing things your experience proves are futile or harmful, because you can't prove that the laws of the universe haven't suddenly changed
>>

**also it's always associated with your ego in the case of so-called learned helplessness. if you stop being attached to your ego in regards to the cause of your emotions it will be permanently diffused as you will have nothing to be scared of losing

unironically how psychologists think

>learned helplessness

No such thing, this is victim blaming
>>
>>44284245
>what if we tortured a bunch of innocent animals to prove that actually all your problems are in your head
total psychologist annihilation

You seek help.
There can be a lot of pressure to amp up your efforts and productivity to bludgeon through fixing your life, but that fails to consider how your current state is affecting your capacity. One of the best ways to climb out of a bad situation is developing the skill of using resources.
I’m about to jump into the fire to escape the frying pan, and it took a lot of time to muster the courage. Basically I’m leaving my family to go into transitional housing. It was a hard decision, idk how well I’m going to fare, but I know that I’m only stagnating in this place. I think that was one of my core motivations, feeling like I have less of a chance to do anything worthwhile here.
Good luck OP, I believe in you.

I was a teacher for 8 years. You'll be fine. Almost all of younger gen Z and gen Alpha suffer from learned helplessness.

retarded advice, thinking about your fear is called rumination and it makes it worse. nothing solves it besides exposure paired with a resigned attitude (or you will freak out and it will get worse)
