Does anyone here have any theories on how cyproterone could lower serum E2 levels? My Serum E2 basically doubled upon stopping cyproterone at the same dose, and my endo doesn't know why. I read something about aromatase enzyme maybe being why but I'm retarded so if any hrtautists have any ideas I'd love to hear it.

I started getting migraines bc of it, I think just because my body wasn't used to the peaks I was getting (I was hitting about 930pmol/l at trough after cypro) so I'm now taking about 3.2mg or so twice a week. anyone think this is too low? I'm just doing monotherapy now and have generally felt goodish, maybe a little tiny bit shitty on my injection days but nothing terrible. I'm getting a bloodtest done in about 2 weeks to confirm

followup, when I was doing pills I only remember it being listed as estradiol, but now on valerie there it shows links for both oral valerate and oral hemihydrate. Never even heard of hemihydrate. Should I know about the differences between those two? I know valerate's bad for injections cuz of the high spike and drop off, but with pills since it's consistent I imagine that wouldn't be a problem.
