it depends on what you think "aging good" is. men generally get more ragged and rough with age, which is valued in men sexually. if you want to age like that, or find that attractive, then you would say that men age better. if you want to be pretty and feminine, then women age better, simply because they can stay pretty for longer, and generally do not get the same rugged appearance men do, however they generally lose their youthful femininity with age regardless, which is what is valued in a woman sexually, thus the conception that women "age like shit".
