Transgirls. Do you ever miss the old you? The male you?
who is this man to you
>>44378288>mirrored mirrorHmm
>>44378288never existed. i knew i was trans since i was 10. after that my "Male Persona" i used to survive out of necessity, he was all artifice, an intentional facade to keep people away from me. there's nothing to miss there
>>44378288fuck no I was greasy, warm, and grumpy.
>>44378288old me no but I do miss the simplicity of cisgender life sometimesbeing trans is a little tough and especially being feminine, having to keep up with beauty standards, etcI wasn't happy as a guy but it was so much easier to live and just exist, I didn't put too much thought into what I was wearing and mainly cared about other things but now I spend a long time getting ready doing my makeup etc just to go see my therapistthere are positives and negatives ultimately
>>44378288No he/it was a total bastard and had terrible skin
>>44378288male me? I was always a girl. The mask I wore to hide was a friendless, punchy, paranoid loser who kept others at a distance because it was easier than dealing with the pain I feared others would inflict... he did his best but he can rest now
>>44378288Kinda. I mean he wasn't a great guy and was thoroughly disfunctional, he hated his own existence, but I didn't hate him. He kept me safe, he made the big scary world afraid of him, he knew how to use his privilege to make sure I'd be okay. I tried to conjure another male persona a few months ago, just because the world was being hard and scary and I wanted a man to do all the hard stuff for me. He figured out what I was up to within a week and told me off. I tried again a few weeks later and he figured it out in less than an hour then just deleted himself. They hate existing, it hurts them. So that first one, who made it 25 years or so and even managed to hold himself together for several months after he realized what he was because I wasn't ready to be a person yet, he's always going to be special to me. To the world a monster, but to me he was a hero. So I do miss him.
