Question out of pure curiosity, what would happen if you didn't have any testosterone or estrogen in your system, like if you're post orchi or on GnRH agonists and only took progesterone?
I'm a month and a half post orchie and my T levels are exactly the same as before. They were never in male ranges but they're higher than typical female range and it makes me tranny in some uncomfortable ways. Such as my voice, it's really growly and I get voice cracks when I don't take bicalutamide. My T level is 63 and I was taking bicalutamide but my doctor discontinued it because she was afraid of "liver toxicity" even though my panels for that have all been great. I have an appointment with her tomorrow and plan to bring it up, is there any research I should know of? I know there are cases in which T levels can drastic go up post orchie but I forgot what the mechanism for that is called.

The theory is that when you undergo masculinization initially your adrenal glands can be converted towards testosterone production but it can be reversed with enough E/AAs.
