Is transitioning so your body looks better and more ideal in your eyes a similar feeling to that of losing a bunch of weight?

I feel it's more like having a good thorough bath. When I aren't washed yet for the day I tend to look my most masculine. And it takes a lot of prep to look good. You know those make up prep videos where they look amazing at the start and then roll back to before the makeup? Like that but like much worse.
