Don't idealized relationships or being in a lifelong relationship, many relationships aren't that great, people sacrifice everything to keep them going and tell everyone else they're happy due to fear.Lots of people deal with dead bedrooms, loss of interest in each other, medical issues, growing apart. Addiction and despair can also be an issue. I've seen plenty of LTRs turn into death traps.As a millenial tran who is taken (in a hetero relationship) what I would say is just take advantage of your situation to have sex, and enjoy it however you can. Sooner or later we'll be in our 40s or 50s and it'll be even more over.
