Belly fat is stress fat. Stop weight cycling and take pio
>>

My exact situation.

I have gorged myself daily on estrogen for months and it has not improved.

The pictures are mislabeled. They should be "woman who is a bit above the recommended BMI range" and "woman who is a bit bellow the recommended BMI range".

For fucks sake, do you know how many women look like the one on the left?
>>
>>44420508
I got the left build without hrt, just called being fat and low t or something.
>>
>>44420508
my body never looked like left even before HRT, though i've also always been skinny so that probably checks out

I’ve been on hrt like 8 years though so idk ymmv, it took 5 years before I actually started growing decent hips

Yeah around 27-28 my hips got noticeably bigger and I had to buy all new pants cus the old ones couldn’t fit over my ass

u need to weight cycle. fat cells do not move. if u had a bit of a tummy before E ur gonna have one after E. u need new fat cells to take up their place
>>
>>44420903
>u need to weight cycle
this does not work. you cannot kill fat cells by losing weight. at "best" you gain enough weight that the old fat cells fill up and the new ones all go where you want. there are a few ways you can actually fix this
1. wait, fat cells have an average lifespan of 10 years, so about 4-6 years on HRT is probably you will see the greatest rate of change for the ratio of fat cells created on HRT. look up "logistic curve" if you want to read more
2. lose weight to shrink the fat cells to a small volume, then do lipolysis or cryolysis or any *lysis. these are relatively affordable (compared to surgery) and use cold, acid injections, and heat to kill the cells. can require multiple sessions.
3. body contouring/360 lipo + BBL. most dramatic but also you can die and we'll see how well these age and its expensive

>>44420539
Stress fat? Huh?
>>
>>44420961
ur fat cells stay on u after being depleted but being on E means more fat "redistributes" and develops on the hips/chest/butt/thighs instead. if u gain weight first, most of it will even out the distribution on OPs gut to leg ratio. if she loses it, since you cant spot reduce fat, her entire figure will be a bit smaller than where she started. weight cycling for this particular case would work

pio is hon science literally just exercise a little and lose weight

>>
>>44421014
i just said a way to spot reduce fat if it's low volume enough and you're ok with a few acid injections. being on estrogen does not change (afaik) the rate at which fat cells are replaced, only where the new ones go to, which is the redistribution. if those fat cells are not full/op is not the heaviest shes been in the last ~5 years, the first place the weight goes is to fill up the already existing but partially depleted cells. thats where those horror stories of trannies gaining weight and it all going to their stomachs comes from, they were probably previously overweight within the last few years
>>
>>44421059
Yeah all this. Im not exactly an hourglass yet but ive lost 15lbs of weight the last 4 months and it is starting to look more on the right than the left. Hip growth has been surprising for me this early on, i'm only at 19 months on hrt but my hips look a little bit wider than they were before. All Im doing is just eating better and doing a little bit of exercise a few times a week
>>
>>44420508
Pio and weight cycling. Pio speeds up fat cell turn over, but still takes awhile
>>
>>44420508
my ex wife was afab and no hrt and she looked like the left. you’ll be fine.

context 5'11 used to weight 120kg and lost 50kg at peak

I lost lots of weight but could never get rid of the mum pouch. really making some head way now.
key search term is anterior pelvic tilt. it's what causes the belly (even despite losing loads of weight). straight forward answer is to just fix hip flexors and you're good.
for me I've had to fix a lot more to get there. It's the symptom rather than the cause. during repper depression I would sleep foetal left side on mattress causing left side to weaken of time (as well as shitty mattress, general tight hand dominance and computer), I also have a weak foot arch on my left side, which was caused while standing/walking for me to slightly stumble put more weight on right side and improper breathing due to being unable to take in a full breath, which caused rib flare due to chest breathing. this also has caused tightnesses in my back as well, and because if shortness of breath I have a hunch neck.
your path might me different, I'm telling you this because it's taken me a year to even get at all the issues, I started wanting to fix one part of my body, which led me to realise that another part which supported that was in need of improvement/help etc etc. And it all started from i lost all this weight but still have a belly.

regiment:
barefoot running (Vibram 5 finger) to build arch back, unlocked something in body once I started changing running style to put less pressure on SI/lower spine (started generally c25k, then to 10k, then restarted 10k program with the vibrams)
Agnistambhasana sitting to open hip flexors and practice full breathing (diaphragmatic) (I want to move into full lotus eventually but working my way there)
while sitting 1-2kg dumbbell arm raises to help with back tightnesses/weakness

>>44421128
future plans:
- get back to gym and do the standard ass workouts (hip thrust, rdl, Bulgarian squats)
- bought a squat incline plane board because I realised last week I have very tight and immobile ankles (see left leg drive train weakness above)
- yoga and dancing because it makes me feel cute

remember: love your body. seriously, it's corny but if you do go down the fitness rabbit hole I have it's very easy to hate yourself and push yourself beyond your limits. She was neglected, understandably so but I love her.
warm magnesium/Epsom salt baths followed by cold shower does so much to help heal
you'll get there in time. in my first year I lost maybe 15kg (non-linearly) then next 6 months 15kg, then 20kg very quickly I built up a lot of momentum, so just keep trying even if you gain back weight. recently, I've had a lot of trauma resurface and I've gained maybe 10kg back but making gains in terms of understanding body and especially hip flexibility, breath work and posture, I'm even beginning to sway my hips as I walk!

typically ur last heaviest weight is ur current weight as an adult. adults typically just get fatter n fatter over time. shes not a very different weight from the "female" hips and her gut could be partially water weight or she ate that day. idk if shes been overweight in the last 5 years but if she hasnt im sure some of the new fat could go to the desired areas. if she doesnt have an extra 300 bucks a month on top of paying for bills & estrogen i would recommend weight cycling or just being a fat girl

probably not true unless you are like 18-20 or are overweight and actively gaining. people who manage their weight probably have gained 10-15lbs at some point and lost it. if you are 18-20, welcome to midshittery, it usually ends well but the early years suck. if you are fat and getting fatter, becoming skinny will improve your health and the way you are treated by others much more than getting insanely fat and weight on your thighs balances a beerbelly.
