You’re going to want to start eating saltines, saltines late at night are low cal and soak up alcohol in the stomach, also get the salted kind. 16oz of water and like half a sleeve of saltines when drinking will help to mitigate tbe vomiting. You’ll know it’s bad when it’s nothing but bile and blood, that’s when I quit drinking, also be aware the more you drink and vom your teeth will rot and fall out, I have a couple of fake teeth because of drinking, so use enamel protection toothpaste or mouth wash.
