File for unemployment, buy a van, live in said van and rotate the lots you stay in. Make things, sell the things you make or otherwise already own. You can also sell the things you can do for someone else (cut lawns, fix computers, do whatever you want). Learn to fix your van until you know it like the back of your hand and SAVE everything. Then play into tax deeds / liens and outright buy a property for 10-30K.
