>>44423258These basically assume these characters aren't on hormones, the foot size is the only thing I think actually would stay consistent if these characters are several years into their transition, most of the features mentioned would feminize/masculinize respectively over time. Even the shoulders and hips are greatly affected by fat distribution.
If you draw your room character with actual hips they should always be doing the one leg in front of the other fake hips move
