Imo 0% alcohol products are marketing slop. Alcoholic beverage manufacturers are desperate to counteract shrinking market share.

There are already so many alternatives to hard drinks i.e. soft drinks.

I have a white claw every now and then but otherwise im Cali sober, alcoholism runs deep in my family so I avoid abusing it ans getting drunk after my early 20s lol. Ive been drunk once in the last 5 years and that was at my brother's wedding last October, and I would say I got to about a 5/10 in drunkenness because I had to sober up and drive my date home

real alcohol. doing what i can to keep myself in check after a particularly nasty stint during the last few years. currently capping myself at a bottle of 750ml a month, a 6pack a week and a few out with mates whenever i feel like socializing but thats not very often. i usually cheat with IPA's tho.
its a drug and humans have had a storied problematic history with drugs, i dont excuse it. my family is slavic and its baked into literally everything we do. im doing my best to be a little bit better than they were.

thanks anon!! sounds like you've got a decent handle on it, nothing wrong with enjoying alcohol without excess. It took me a few years to discover that. Around 25 I tried quitting cold turkey and then Covid hit and so all I was doing was getting drunk and stoned in my apartment for a year. It was fun but miserable and caused me to try repping again which sucked
