I have in the past seen timelines of trans woman who were older and pre-transiton looked like they were going to end up gigahons, but because they had the funds, they were able to surgerymaxx and end up with relatively passable looking bodies. So, I don't know, if they have a quarter million to throw at top-tier surgeries, full-head hair transplants, and extensive laser and electrolysis, then maybe they won't end up an optics nuke.
