Have an upcoming orchiectomy in like 2 months, im a 25 year old mtf who's been on E for 7 years. been happy with my transition but decided orchiwould make sense so if access to estrogen ever becomes a problem I don't just masculinizeThough i am curious if anyone here has had an orchi, im worried it will suddenly make my face look 20 years older and I'll look like a hag woman with PCOS even if im still taking estrogen, idk if the myth of having your balls removed making you fat and less youthful looking is true,I've heard thst DHT spikes in someone's late 20's/30's so mostly trying to avoid that, but yeah idk fans who had their balls cut off give me your experiences
>>44472568Also wondering about the idea that some folks remasculinize after orchi anyway and if thats just if they stop AAs, ive read stories about girls who had facial hair that was lasered off have the facial hair reappear/body hair appear, i know the adrenal gland tries to pick up the slack but should that be supressed with regular spironolactone and e?
I'm an old eunuch who can perfectly answer this question. No. Remasculinization doesn't occur. And I never stopped looking youthful for my age, at least not yet in my early 40s.
