Check and see what library system the one you're interviewing with is part of. It might not be part of a system at all i guess..if its part of a larger library system though, then you can expect to be treated well by the employees there at least. I do think that most library workers are going to be pretty woke though

My experience varies massively from workplace to workplace
In factory/manufacturing/warehousing, I just boymoded and people just thought I was kinda faggy, a couple of work friends I was close with I came out to, they were chill, but overall the workplace was more of a "keep your head down" type feel. There could be passive hostility (lunch break convos where people reveal their real beliefs not realising a tranny is among them) but I never experienced anything overt
I've also done a bit of retail and food service, usually not good because public facing and filled with a bunch of miserable people looking for something to blame for their lot in life, although it wasn't usually "hostile"
I work in domestic cleaning now, pink collar work, lucked out with the business owner because she's a "massive ally" (her words) and the company has a really good anti-discrimination/bullying policy. The company is almost entirely cis women, "boymoding" isn't really a thing because the uniform is standardised and no one cares. I just show up, light makeup (concealer and foundation for acne scars) and no one really notices or cares. Technically not out but I get gendered very ambiguously day to day. It's decent, I like it.

I've had friends in trades, most of them really resented it because trades filled with macho male dickheads, but one or two worked independently or lucked out with decent coworkers and were content enough

It just depends on what industry and what country/region/culture, and also lots of variance with individual workplaces

Before I actually applied anywhere he got fired and I've heard he's facing jail time
My hair is great now and no one has complained

I tried boymoding at my first place of work and on the first day my coworker asked my pronouns and tranny name. I stopped boymoding after that because it was only making people more confused.

In interviews it wasn't a problem and the women interviewers seemed excited to work with me. However there was a poorer judgment of competence from certain HR people who have an unnecessary role in screening of new employees.

I have worked in a library for a few months, in boymode. Most of my coworkers were cis girls, there were only a few guys and amongst them was one pooner, but he was always hanging out with the girls. I was boymoding and they asked me what I prefer to be called so I just gave them a nickname instead of any of my names. yeah which sucks, however I'm hoping that they'll change those soon, at least there isn't constant push back like there was in the orbán era. And, ultimately, the Hungarian society isn't pro-tranny. It's not anti-tranny the way britbongs or burgers are, but it's also not westoid progressive.
You might get some change in the school curricula debate because HU lost an ECHR case on that just a few months ago and it thus provides a good excuse for TISZA to purge Orban loyalists from education under the guise of reform. You won't get excessively lgbt-friendly changes, just a rollback of the "child protection" policies introduced during the last fidesz term.

I've been working the same place for about a year now. For my interview they asked which spelling of my name so I gathered it was obvious of me since. It was very rough at the start, voice was a very difficult point to train and as I already had quiet issues it made struggles as communication is very imporrant in this workplace. Coworker and custoner would mock me at times, laugh as I tried to talk to them. It's hard but it made me want to try harder and escape such ridicule. Later one of my coworkers got attacked and I thought it would be good for my rep if I helped the bleeding instead of standing around like the others and panicking, I panicked after when the cops showed up. My boss took notice. Coworkers would ask me about tranny stuff ocasionally, one asked I think if I was nonbinary and I said no(i would never get better using a shield and denying myself that way). Due to the area the bathrooms are a two person job to open with like a door buzzer that unlocks it and over time more and more of the force would buzz the women's instead of the men's. I am good at my job and nice enough to be liked even if I am overtly strange, being someone work heavily relied on I assured myself was tranny job security and it has paid off. I have earned both respect and two raises in my time there so I can't complain. Sometimes my male coworkers interact with me in a bro way but I cant get upset at them for trying to make connection with me in the ways they know how.

I work physical security as a manmoder 7 years on hrt. Generally the people who end up working as security guards are pretty odd to begin with lol, I definitely do stand out, but everyone treats me well since I stopped binding my boobs honestly. It helps that I work in a pretty safe and orderly university environment tho. There are for sure places that would be unpleasant or even dangerous for me.

Sometimes I see a trans student, typically mtf, and it's hard not to feel sad.

Ironically I had a coworker with some nasty autoimmune bone marrow disease which basically feminized him (I know for a fact that he is not on hrt, he knows virtually nothing about any of this) so for a while we were two boob boys working at the faculty. Just that we got our boobs for wildly different reasons.
