I'm a European football hooligan (look up football fans in Europe on youtube to get an idea). There's hardly an ultras group these days in continental Europe that doesn't have a tranny or an hrt femboy in them. Many have two or three if the squad has a large following (and thus a correspondingly more numerous ultras community).

I'm eastern european and whenever i look through the worst parts of my city where the most football graffitti is all the women walking around are mothers picking up their kids from school or something and all the moids are either drunk or obviously walking back home with the intention of getting drunk.
Whenever I see a tv report about some local football violence there is not a single woman in sight. Not even limited to my country I remember seeing paris getting demolished on my phone I recall seeing one girl flashing her boobs and the rest of the giant crowd was just moids.

I've been in away Euro matches with the ultras group in Romania (in Cluj), Serbia (Novi Sad and Belgrade), Slovenia (Maribor) and Ukraine (before the war obv). The worst experience was in Belgrade and kinda does resemble what you describe wrt to graffiti. Not so much in the others.
