QotT: Have you made any nice friends recently?

FAQ:
>Am I bi if I like women and femboys/traps?
>Am I bi if there's this one member of the same-sex I'm desiring, but normally I like the opposite sex?
>Am I bi if I sexually like both sexes, but only interested in romance with one of them?
Yes, sexual attraction to both sexes is bisexuality.
>What's the difference between bisexual and pansexual?
Only difference is that our flag is prettier.
>Am I bi if i have periods where I feel only attracted to women and others where I feel only attracted to men?
This is known as the bi-cycle and many bisexuals experience it.
>Am I bi or am I 'prison gay' or porn addicted?
'Prison gay' is not a real thing and porn addiction does not alter your sexual orientation. You are bi.
>Am I bi or pan if I like trans people?
Both are able to be attracted to trans people.
>I think I might be bi but I can't tell. How can I be certain?
Just make a point to check out members of the sex you think you might be attracted to and see if anyone grabs your attention.
>Should I be harsh on myself?
You should be kind on yourself. Few people will do it for you

Years ago I met a gay twink guy and we had out of this world sex. I’m with a cis woman now and I can’t stop thinking about how good it would be to be fucking that young dude at least on occasion. Wish I could convince my girl that we need to bring young femboys and twinks to bed for uh… research purposes
>>
Qott

I came out 2 weeks ago and since I've been whoring myself on college pages on IG, and I've been talking to many guys and girl, and even a gender fluid, but none of them are "friends friends" yet

But today I got lucky and began talking to two femboys and one even offered to fem me up, we might be meeting on Monday
>>
>>44581844
That’s so cool, what all are his plans? Just take you to buy clothes? College is a perfect place to fuck as well as be fucked. Even hotter when the guy who’s in you has been in girls you know.
>>
>>44580855
>QotT: Have you made any nice friends recently?
No but me and my partner are moving in a week so we need to know how to make friends in a new city and state. how do two trannies make friends at 25 and 31 because we are kinda clueless and dumb, genuinely asking
>>
Was this ever you? This was me going to gloryholes convinced It wasn't gay cause I didn't actually liked the men the clock was from
>>
>>44581968
recommend getting involved in irl hobbies
if you both like nerd stuff, try d&d or board games, card games, etc
maybe find some local discords and see if there are events happening
volunteering can be a good way to meet people as well
>>

>>
I really hate meeting new people for some reason. I'm not misanthropic or anything I just hate it.
>>
>>44580855
>Pansexual and bisexuals are same
Tf no, pansexuality is attraction without caring about the gender of the person. Imagine this, a guy is attracted to a girl that looks like a boy, and later finds out that it was a guy all along. If the guy is bisexual, his attraction to this person may shift after learning the truth. If he's pansexual, this info would make no difference.
>>
>>44583246
I think this makes pansexuality a subset of bisexuality.
>>
>>44583461
it's bi without being kinda shitty?
>>
>>44583246
This is like the 5th definition of pansexual I've heard so far lmao
It's a fake sexuality for people that feel like being bisexual is too mainstream for them
>>

Moving off to college soon at the ripe old age of 24. Apparently it's largely a commuter college with a lot of people who keep their heads down, so if I have to be single for another few years I'm genuinely going to lose my fucking mind.
>>
>>44586756
Commuter schools can have friendly people as long as you are friendly and talkative.
I took a calculus class at a commuter college one summer while I was in high school. Some college girl chatted me up but stopped talking to me when she learned I was 16 (I had a beard so looked older). I did not understand why she stopped talking to me at the time lol

How can I dress bi as a male without femboying? I already have converses, and I'm thinking painting a bi flag on them , how about an ankle collar?
>>
>>44589011
that works! obv painting nails, earings, etc can help someone stand out as a queer but it can be hard to discern from there. I think cuffing your jeans is the meme as well but idk

I’m a bi cis male. I think I’ll probably end up dating a woman just for the romance. I love men more but none of them seem romantic like me. I really like when girls worry about me, or surprise me with homemade cupcakes, etc. The sex is good, and it’s important, but it’s not the most important thing, like it is with another guy.
>>
>>44583246
you're right but i also suspect this site may not be your speed
>>
>>44583246
The definition of pan has shifted several times. Originally it existed to include trans people before realizing that bisexuals never really excluded them thus making it redundant. Then they tried to split hairs regarding identity as though that has any bearing over sex and I guess now you're trying to sell it as a preference thing? Which again, I think bisexuality covers. It's just a redundant term, some people pick it to be on the "safe side" since it's posited as more inclusive, but in what way nobody can agree on.
>>
>>44591702
If you're like that, sure there's more men like that too!!!!! Don't generalise against your own gender like that!! choose to believe and never stop tryingg, handsome man!!!!!!!
>>
>>44592474
Not the anon, however:
Kindness bends under pressure.
Hope dies when tested.
Love comes with conditions.
As for gay/bi men. I have plenty of complaints over women and their selective psychopathy, but most of these guys are just sluts, they'll say whatever it takes to get what they want and then dip. The only big advantage with them is they aren't willing to lie to you for 5 years, if they don't think they'll get theirs in like 72 hours they just ghost you which is at least expedient.

im only technically bisexual because i find most men ugly (they take 0 care of their appearance and if they do it's literally just what other men tell them is attractive) and i dont like women because i am a troon and effectively just another amab dildo potential rapist to them and will never be their equal but in an ideal world where i was, id be attracted to women too
>>
>>44593828
So you want BWC or what?
>>
>>44593836
i mean who cares really, i dont think i could enjoy sex because anal sex is gay sex to most people and im not really interested in being some guy's substitute for an underage roman towelboy
it's the same problem i have with women
wouldnt be so bad if i could just be a woman with a penis but that only exists in porn
irl there are only males and females
>>
>>44593879
plenty of ways to enjoy sex without it being penetrative
most of what u typed just comes across like bitter incel im ngl
>>
>>44593906
i mean i guess? ive never tried to have sex and would actively refuse it so i dont really think of myself like that but whatever
>>
>>44593918
what would u like from a partner? most of your issues seems to be some problem ideas you have created about how other people view you for being trans
there are people like the people you're describing but there are people who will love you for you being yourself and not as some meta sexual object
>>
>>44593944
uhh i guess
>someone im physically attracted to if we're going to have sex or something
>views me as a woman by default instead of conditionally (i dont want to become a man to them just because im not acting "woman" enough or because we break up)
>not misogynistic
>have some common interests or things we can do together
>emotionally intelligent so when we fight we can make up and grow
basically i just want them to think of me like they'd think of an actual female instead of thinking of me like a feminine amab
>>
>>44594050
these are all normal healthy things to want from someone
have you tried dating, or are you stuck in this headspace that everyone is evil type shit?
there are people who will treat you like a girl even if everything isn't perfect, maybe your voice isn't where you'd like it or you are unhappy with parts of your body they will still love you and not because you are a "feminine amab"
also you will never control what other people think about you, so communication is important obviously
be kind to yourself
>>
this general proudly accepts prison bisexuals and lying whores! :D
>>
>>44592395
this is right
pan was a way to signal that you were chill with whatever they had going on and were into people for more than just their sex or gender, etc
bi is the same thing, the distinction basically doesn't matter and it is redundant
it's like lesbians saying they are sapphicsexual or something lole

I really miss my ex rn
We're both bi with a bit of an age gap (I'm 28, he's 23)
He broke up with me because of youthful fomo. We were together 3 years so I was with him when he was 20
He was my soulmate but the pull of the young lifestyle was too much
But it's not just him, it was his entire family support network, his friends, his way of sniffing out really good concerts
None of my friends are into punk/alt music. It was all him and his friends
It's incredibly disorienting to try and navigate this scene when my lighthouse is gone
I think he really regrets the breakup. He's reached out to me every day the past week in little ways
I just don't feel like I'll be able to find another person like him. He was my exact type, we got along so well with so many shared interests. He even said he still loves me, but this is something he needed to do
>>
>>44595404
>He broke up with me because of youthful fomo
like he felt he was missing out on something by being with you? that sucks
worst part of breaking up for me is some times you just lose your best friend
>>
>>44595595
That's exactly it. I want to reach out to him so badly. We left on good terms. His move out yesterday showed that we still have an absolute ton of chemistry.
It's just... If he wants freedom, I can't be sniffing at his heels
Maybe he enjoys the casual lifestyle
Maybe it chews him up and spits him back out. Either way he needs to figure it out for himself. But in the meantime, I'm hurting real real bad. Maybe in a few months we can reapproach things. Maybe be friends. But at this point, seeing him moving on from a beautiful 3y relationship would feel like getting my balls smashed
Shit... Maybe getting my balls smashed would be better
>>
>>44595713
unsolicited advice, both of you should take some time to fuck around and have fun. do lots of casual stuff, but try to stay friendly with each other even if it hurts. after maybe 6 months - a year, then you can have the "should we get back together" convo once he (and you, you should also have some fun) gets it out of his system. if you throw yourselves back together too quickly out of regret or whatever, he'll just jump again
>>
>>44595713
i feel like currently based on what you have said that just being friends won't really work
id suggest giving it a few months, to dull the emotion a bit
like you are very much in love with this guy
>>
>>44595826
Ive been trying. I got back on the apps. Had a couple of ghostings already
I'm focusing my energy on getting out more rn
>>44595832
Yeah, I definitely need some space. I think I can give him the same. It's just in this moment (these few hours) I'm grieving more than looking forward
>>
>>44594265
people are all liars, especially around trannies, so it's very hard to trust others
i haven't really tried dating anyways, im scared of messing up my ability to pair bond and i don't think i have enough value to ever date
when you're a troon you're just worth so little, and ill never look female enough to make up for it (as if i ever could anyway)
it's just hard because there's not really anything redeemable about me, so finding someone who's attracted to me, at least physically, means i'd have to be with someone who loves the stuff about me that i hate
>>
>>44596434
that's true yeah, one of the reasons this board has been so popular is because people won't lie to you or hugbox you (at least not as much as say talking to people irl)
and those are very valid and real concerns when trying to date as trans right, like you have to not only find someone that's kind of normal but also someone that you bond with and they also have to be cool with you being trans, etc
like there are a lot of boxes people have to check so your dating pool is very limited
value yourself though, and don't give up!!

I was unsure of myself when it came to bisexuality but now I'm fairly certain I'm solidly in the trenches now cause I think quite like this dude I've seen a few times. I don't think it's going to pan out and I'm mature enough to live with that but my heads a bit of a mess.

I'm a bisexual man, mostly gay, I've had a boyfriend before, I've lived mostly gay since coming out. Loner, cut myself from "gay world" for the last 12-24 months, very negative mental health repercussions. Got old too, was single, ended up with a woman I don't even love that much, but she's my golden ticket to children and marriage. Where I live homosexual marriage is illegal.

There's this male colleague that sits in front of my PoV. They changed my cubible. He panicked, thought I got fired. We had been staring each other for weeks. He made his move, we become quick friends, I made it clear I will break with GF soon but that meanwhile, I'm looking for gay friends. No sex, no romantic stuff, can't do it yet.

Today he confessed he quickly became infatuated with me, told me we can no longer speak or hang out in the office or get lunch together. I feel so depressed. For the two weeks we've been hanging out in the office, I've felt like myself. The spark returned. Now I'm back to the desert tomorrow. I know most of you see me as a straight man. Most straight people see me as a gay man. I just want to cry and cry. These feelings are too overwhelming. I miss men so much.

>>44600578

wouldn't worry about interacting, just post about things u like or talk to people
>>
>>44598421
I just think he's got better options. He's casually dating so I'm not the only one he's seeing and I'm genuinely fine with that, but I think I might like him a bit so he's taking up a fair amount of real-estate in my head. He's said nice things and he's initiated each time we've gone out but
I don't know

>QotT: Have you made any nice friends recently?

Actually I have! During pride I went to a workshop, there was this person there, and then later at the pride parade I saw them again and we walked together and hung out, then went to the bar/club in the evening

We kept in touch, I visited them at their place, got introduced to their roommate and another friend, both of which I keep in touch with and have done some sidequests with, we play video games together as well

Now I'm renting the apartment of the first person, and despite only knowing them for a couple of months, I feel quite close to them already... crazy how life just does things like that sometimes

Do you find your sexuality affects your gender presentation? I'm a bi guy and I think that a good part of the reason I aspire for the longer-hair, bishie look is because I find both male and female characteristics attractive and want to embody them.

Main challenge of being a bisexual male is that it makes me overly shy to talk to anyone. Especially when I fall into the classic male trap of not talking to people I'm not sexually interested.

This is all hypothetical of course since I'm a hikineet, but looking back it's probably the major reason I didn't talk to anybody in HS/college
