I might at some point but I've never done this before so I want to try something less scary before I stick a needle in me.

When I was 1-2 months in I noticed I had pretty bad ED and very little output but now I have none output at all but the ED is going away and i noticed that I wake up with morning wood more often than before, although that always coincided with lewd dreams which I also lost in the first 1-2 months but are coming back now..
Is this to be expected or did I somehow mess up my HRT? I expected that the ED would last which I was sorta happy about. 3 months in soon.

I've been on hrt for four years and over the last 9 months it has just like stopped working. I get morning erections, my discharge has very white hue to it and im getting stronger and hairier. my levels last came back with 215 e and 20ngdl t at trough but i keep looking more and more grotesque no matter what medications i take or what i do im just like doomed.

Im currently on 4mg ev every 5 days and 12.5 cypro daily ive been on higher doses but i recently scaled back because things worked best when i was on a hon dose of 50mg spiro and 4mg e pills.

Does anyone have any advice for how i could get things working okay again? Sorry if this isnt the right thread.

I switched to undecylate recently-ish (one injection a month? sign me up), but I didn't realize just how thick the castor oil would be compared to mct oil. I did the first injection with my regular 31g needle... it took over an hour and I had to use so much pressure that both of my index fingers had recurrent twitches for weeks. The previous two injections, I used 25g, which was better but still VERY HARD. Each one took like 5 minutes with a needle in my thigh trying not to wiggle it around inside me while pushing down with everything I could. Just terrible
I finally caved and bought 22g needles to draw and 23g to inject. It only took a minute to draw and about the same to inject! I barely even pushed on the plunger! It didn't even hurt going in.
I guess this is a warning to anyone starting injections. If you have the thin stuff, 31g is great and doesn't hurt, but if you have the thick stuff, it will hurt less to just use the bigger needle from the beginning.

Injecting insulin into a muscle is extremely dangerous, hence why insulin pens tend to have a shorter needle. Estradiol, on the other hand, can be injected into muscle or fat, it doesn't matter as long as it's a safe injection site.

This is very bad, right? For context I've been on 2mg oral estradiol and 50mg spironolactone for the nine weeks prior to this blood test. I'll be starting 4mg e and 100mg spiro this week. Yes I know about injections I'll do that later I'm just not ready yet. Yes I know spiro is bad but it's all they're giving me.

dont know if it helps you be not so scared of syringes but it honestly doesnt even hurt if you get a good grip. if anything its more weird than painful because you see something that should probably hurt but you have trouble feeling anything instead. and even if you do it incorrectly and it does hurt it's still not a lot and goes away instantly after the needle made it in.

Is there such a thing as levels being too high?
I take 2mg sublingual every 4 hours for a total of 8mg, taking only my morning 2mg and getting a blood test 6 hours after I had 442 pg/ml, so in reality I'm probably peaking at a much higher level. All the guidelines say 200 is ideal but does it actually matter that much?
