I want to find some birds of a feather to live with and offer dirt cheap rent/utilities, maybe just utilities in the right deal. Ive got health issues and qualify for disability grants and energy weatherization/cheap water and power. I've found a really big building for a modest 5 digit price that qualifies for additional grants. I'm in the USA. My priority would go to whoever could help me out a lot like an assistant or caretaker or has a very good personality and shares fandoms and hobbies with me. I have issues taking care of myself but don't need to be bathed, carted around or have my ass wiped. Idk where to start. Never rented or purchased before or ever had a roommate. Have never been able to meet and befriend another ace but I hardly socialize. Any age and gender is fine. I don't mind any type or amount of (housebroken, not loud and not destructive to property) pets, any drug if you're functional, religions, politics etc there's some I'd internally never respect but it wouldn't make me not get along or coexist with someone. I've thought about starting on reddit, ace sites and seeing if I can find like a zoom meeting for aces too. Picrel is me and my 2 future roommates. Kek
