Back when I was repping i was fucking disgusting because i didn't take care of myself at all had long greasy hair with lots of dandruff and terrible skin and wore the same shit every day
It was probably very easy to clock me as a depressed man idk if as a repper

I'm more confident, probably because i got compliments on how my hair and skin looks so much better
Don't stress binge-eat anymore, lost a lot of weight
Libido nuked so i don't jerk off anymore at all
Still have to unlearn a lot of my old habits to really call myself a productive person, but i definitely have less executive paralysis, more effective at doing house chores, sent like 10 job offers in the past week when during the entire year before E i managed 1
On the more negative side I became more fearful. Don't wanna traumadump too much but I have a pretty bad relationship with my mom and a mixed one with my dad, and when i interact with both but especially my mom I get involuntary tics, sometimes i flinch sometimes i make a sound etc. Sounds like Im larping but its true, im ashamed of it. Probably related to some other issue but it did start with E, before I just got splitting headaches whenever i had to talk with them or got stressed in general now they're pretty much gone.

i got spotted at work, my manager called me in to talk about it and basically forced me out lol

he was stuttering and trying to put words together and then eventually said "what's going on "here"?" gesturing to his chest

i didn't know what to say much so i just told him im on hrt and stuff and told him my actual name and then he told everyone else and made them be nice to me
