I know asking ya'll advice on this is probably pretty stupid but I'm genuinely stumped, I started college today and by sheer chance the only other tranny in the class sat next to me, she's obviously much further along but still somewhat clockable (voice) but here's the thing, I want to try and be friends but I'm a fucking boymoding bitch who's only been on E for little over three months (I was on it for like three months before but went off it panicking and basically reversing all my previous progress).

So like what do I do? It's one of those college classes where everyone is too quiet but I still wanna try even though I have idea on how to talk to someone, any advice on it? I'm not planning on coming out for obvious reasons since I don't pass at all but god would it be nice to have friends but I'm a fucking mute, not by choice but because my hay fever gets so bad that I can barely speak whenever I'm outside, I'm planning on seeing a doctor about it this week but fuck what is wrong with me I'm gonna fumble this.
>>
>Hi nona, my name is [obvious girl name], what's yours?
>This class is so confusing, do you understand X? Omg cool thanks, we should study together!
>I love your fashion/hairstyle/makeup! I'm starting to learn but I really need someone to teach me, can you help me out?
>OMG is that [insert hobby icon you recognize]? I love that!!! How did you get into it?
>>

you guys should have sex
>>
>>44595443
literally just treat them as people OP, people love being listened to and appreciated for the small things they were brave enough to show the world. Don't you want to be affirmed for being girly too? Also just drop hints or explicitly come out that you're trans, never out the other person, that's their choice to say. Cause also what if she's actually just an autistic cis girl who hasn't figured out self grooming. Anyways, good luck.
>>
>>44595394
>hello im a babytrans retard i also noticed you're a tranny and clocked you
sure she'll appreciate it
>>
i'm autistic but this is how i've met most of the people i know at my community college
>participate in class and stand out as skilled/intelligent enough to be worth talking to
>be introduced by a mutual friend
>listen in on all their conversations until they mention something you're aware of (like a hobby or an interest u share) and then approach them like 'sorry if this is weird but i also like x thing'
>conversely u can find out their interests through listening or stalking their social media, then have discussions about it where they can hear you
>compliment any hobby or fandom merch they might wear, like keychain of anime character you recognize

then once you've used any of these methods a few times ask if they have instagram. post on your story things you think they'll agree with or related to their hobbies until they reply and then use that as the starting point for a conversation. do the same thing by replying to their story. once you've talked a few times start sending them reels.

I'm not coming out as trans to her when we only just met, maybe bi and say I support her or something. I'm just confused on how to approach since I am pretty quiet and so is she, I know she has a cat at least so I can bring that up next time.
>>44595485
Definitely not cis but yeah I think this'll be the best way to go about this, I'm just unsure on how to without it being forced, do I just like, say hi? Then what, I'm not used to socialising and thought college would be better
>>44595491
That's why I'm hesitant and don't want to come out, I want to be friends but at the same time I don't want to make her uncomfortable, I don't even wanna mentionnthe trans thing to her even if it's a part of why she seems more approachable to me
>>
>>44595547
the actions aren't in timeline order btw they're jsut all different options, anything that starts a conversation and makes them remember you in a positive light will work. u can also use the excuse of needing their insta for something class related like sharing notes, figuring out field trip transportation, a group project, etc

>Im not coming out as trans to her when we only just met, maybe bi and say I support her or something.
This is so moidbrained, it comes off pervy and weird.
>I find you attractive no matter if youre clocky or not, keep trooning out!
Also see >>44595491
Literally just be friends with them. I don't know why you're hiding being trans but you might as well be forward and vulnerable, people like that. Otherwise it probably comes off as creepy fetishization or predation
>>
>>44595549
the perfect opportunity to talk to somebody will rarely happen. take the chance and initiate a conversation after class and dont be pushy or offended if she doesnt seem to want to be friends
>>
>>44595598
not mtf but i'm stealth and would not be comfortable with someone approaching me and openly saying they clocked me and wanted to be friends exclusively because we're both trans, that would be a pretty uncomfortable interaction. to avoid looking like a chaser maybe just don't bring up her gender at all.
>>
>>44595614
I would slap their face and then yell at them I'm going to have you arrested for harassing me and I'm going to tell them that I'm a generic woman and I'll bet they'll believe me and not you idiot.
this is what I would say
>>
>hi, what's your name
Alice.
>hi alice, i'm having relationship issues with my transbian polycule... specifically that you're not a part of it!
>...

people love humor, you got this sis.
>>
>>44595614
I never said to start the approach by begging for friendship over both being trans. I said to be friends, and be open in your communication. You guys are so autistic that you can't fathom how to talk to people, I have to say it even more explicitly? Relationships are about navigating common grounds of vulnerability through subtle but comfortable communication. Just treat them like people, if you find them actually interesting then go for it, but don't force it if your only commonality is transness, especially if you can't be open with yourself.
>>
Just remember as soon as she is nice to you that means you're in a relationship and if you hang out once for 10 minutes you're married now and if she seems confused it is literally the end of the world and you should start crying loudly in front of everyone
>>
>>44595598
Yeah, sorry, I just don't really know how to say anything without it being forced, I don't want to say I clocked her, like I barely know her and just want to try and be friends first, I agree more with >>44595614 on this, I just don't want to come across as weird and genuinely try and be friends, idk, like yeah I'm babytrans but I also don't want to make her feel uncomfortable or hell, have that be the only reason I talk to her, y'know?
>>44595613
Fair, she's pretty quiet so I think this'll probs be what happens
>>44595565
I'll have to look through socials because she doesn't talk and this is a new college where I don't know anyone, I think we may be in the same boat with not knowing many people here, though if she does mention some interest then I'll bring it up, hopefully before I screw this up

Like I just want to be friends but I don't know how, I haven't had friends since I was a kid
>>
Alright, I'll try to talk to her tomorrow then, I think I have an idea on how to now? Also sorry if I came across as awkward, I suck at this but thanks for some of the tips ig:/
