>>44598362there are wildly varying definitions of twinkhon so i don't think so. for me the twinkhon aesthetic means low body fat, low muscle mass, generally tall with a rectangular or slight inverted triangle body type (like a "boyish" frame with not that much curves). the way to achieve that is to do cardio, diet down to like ~20 % body fat, maybe build your shoulders slightly to get that square shoulder/visible collarbones thing but avoid growing traps too much. as for clothing aesthetic most twinkhons i see dress like alt/emo or y2k. think black eyeliner, blush, lighter lip makeup. helps if you have somewhat angular bone structure or high cheekbones.
