so is 6mg ev too low for transitioning to work and i hav to do 7mg or is a 20% increase not enough ?
>>
>>44598910
15-20 mg for blacks
10-15 mg for hispanics
5-10 mg for asians
0-5 mg for whites
>>
>>44598919
What’s the conversion for een injection
>>
>>44598910
trying again? start with a fairly moderate dose, check blood levels, then increase. I'm personally on 8mg and I've been on HRT like 6 years longer than you and my levels are usually hovering between 350-400. yes I know I'm pregdosing.
refer to this for conversions and stuff https://transfemscience.org/misc/injectable-e2-simulator-advanced/
>>44598919
woah buddy that's way too high
>>
>>44599002
blacks need more estrogen because they're incredibly masculine while asians and whites need less estrogen since theyre feminine
>>
>>44599002
Preg dosing is more like 100mg/day. I know people who do that with raw Estradiol powder powder. Her levels are in the thousands (~8k pg/ml on specialized blood test). Actual pregnancy level is 10-30k pg/ml E2
>>
>>44599002
i checked 2 weeks ago , its 380 at day 7 so should i do 7mg or
>>
>>44599015
you people make me laugh so much because literally yesterday I saw someone saying the exact opposite and that white trans women could never ever pass and only black and latino women could pass. I also enjoy coming on here and stating my opinion as if it's fact though so I get it
>>44599041
wtf!? does that have any actual benefit? you'd think that 1. there's a soft cap and 2. going that fucking high would cause health issues. am I wrong?
>>44599064
if you're satisfied with that level, stick with 7. just make sure to keep up with it. do not stop.
>>
>>44599315
im not satisfied?? my estrogen literally doesnt work
>>
>>44599315
I've looked into giga preg dosing myself as an early lateshit/midshit (hrt at 20) hon. Theoretically, there might be a benefit with wider hips and much greater feminization (similar to normal pregnancy). I probably won't attempt until at least 3-4 years into HRT. I am planning on doing it for a year. It can definitely cause health issues, I will probably do 2 comprehensive blood labs/month while preg dosing.
>>
>>44599363
girl I'm so dead serious right now. if your blood levels are at fucking 380 then it DOES work. you just have to actually TRY and spend YEARS taking estrogen. hell, I didn't even see a lot of breast growth until I was 6 years in and had weight cycled like 50 pounds. it works, you just have to put in effort. I'm talking serious effort.
>>44599373
oh hey, I also started at 20. based on the times you've posted I'm guessing you're still pretty young and early transition so trying some extreme shit like that could be an interesting experiment lol.
out of curiosity, can you link me to some research you've read on this? I genuinely wasn't aware people were taking such sky high dosages
>>
>>44599416
I lost it but there was a study or something with average pg/ml ~1k, I know what I am looking for I just don't remember what it's called. I can't remember if it was on arXiv or sci hub or pubmed or wherever but I can't find it right now. I have a lot of bookmarks with trans stuff I want to try. Here is someone who tried something similar though (can't recommend what she did, because messing with HGH is too scary imo) and her results. https://archive.org/details/pregnancy-simulation_202409/mode/1up

but i did put in effort ...like super amount of effort and spent almost 2 years so far waiting and had 0 changes i think being below 1000 is too low maybe
>>
>>44599556
thank you, that's interesting!
>>44599577
you need to put in WAY more effort! this is the rest of your life we're talking about here. your LIFE!
electrolysis, weight cycling, consistent exercise, healthy diet, learning makeup and appropriate fashion for your body type, voice training, the list goes on.
I'm sorry but 2 years is almost nothing (I thought you said it was like 1 year and a couple of months, though?).
the average time period to get the full effect of estrogen is 5+ years. keep going!

i did most of those things and none it worked .. my body is just immune to estrogen completely
>>
>>44599900
did you do ALL of those things consistently for 5 or more years? no? then you haven't put in enough effort yet. this is up to you.
if you don't wanna transition then you don't have to, but if you are really trans and you have dysphoria you'll have to do all of those things and keep up with them all, or else you'll live the rest of your life as an empty shell of yourself.
you're clearly NOT immune to estrogen, because your blood levels directly contradict that. you HAVE estrogen in your body, but just taking HRT for a little bit and doing nothing else isn't going to cut it.
when you say you did "most" of those things, what do you mean?
you weight cycled in less than a year? really?
you did a full course of electrolysis? already?
you learned makeup and did voice training? did you really do these things? be honest with yourself.

what really sucks is that you could pass within a few years easily but you refuse to do anything about it even though you were GIFTED at BIRTH with luck. fuck you, throw it all away I guess. throw out your estrogen shave your head grow a beard and join the fucking army since you wanna throw away your life so bad. might as well frag an officer or something and do something worthwhile with your life.
>>
>>44599373
>I probably won't attempt until at least 3-4 years into HRT.
Is there a benefit to upping doses later rather then starting high right away? I'm first trying to learn about this stuff

>>44599416
>you just have to actually TRY and spend YEARS taking estrogen. hell, I didn't even see a lot of breast growth until I was 6 years in and had weight cycled like 50 pounds

Can you clarify on this? what are the timetables like for different effects? I'm already in my early 30s so frankly I'm not even sure it's worth it if it's not gonna do much until I'm in my late 30s to early 40s anyways, especially since I'm not that dysphoric and I don't think I want breast growth

gradually increasing your dose is less of a shock to the system, but afaik you won't die or anything from starting high.
it definitely seems suboptimal for a variety of reasons, though - for one, you want to be able to carefully target your estrogen levels and monitor how you're feeling mentally / emotionally / physically at different levels.
that wouldn't be as easy if you started high!

also - as for timetables, picrel is a decent-ish estimate.
some people will need longer, some lucky people will only need a couple of years, but this is a very general idea.
if you're not particularly dysphoric and don't want breast growth I guess none of this really matters and you don't need to think about things like weight cycling.

as long as you don't act like the OP of this thread, I believe you'll have pretty good success with whatever your goals are!

I am so new to this I honestly don't even know what this means.

>I guess none of this really matters and you don't need to think about things like weight cycling.
Why wouldn't it matter? What would I be doing different with HRT to achieve my goals vs what someone else does?

Based on what you said in >>44600264 , >>44599416 etc you sound like you really know what you're talking about, so if you are willing to give further input on this even after this thread 404s, add me on discord, my throwaway account is tempthrowaway_53271

Or let me know if email, twitter etc is easier, if you're willing
>>
>>44609969
it's anti-science and relies on people seeing fat moving over periods of time while weight cycling and assuming a connection when in reality it'd happen regardless. you need to wait for your fat cells pre-hrt to die off and get replaced (fat cells live for about 10~ years)
>>
>>44611208
>you need to wait for your fat cells pre-hrt to die off and get replaced (fat cells live for about 10~ years)

What does this mean in practice, though? Presumably not all the fat cells in your body at any given time all got made at the same time, some are probably already a few years old vs some being brand new, etc.

So like over 1 vs 3 vs 5 years, what % of your fat cells tend to die off and get re-made? How many years for most people does it take for the fat re-distribution to be visually noticeable?
