When you get an orchi do you lower you estrogen dose? Also should I stop taking duta or should I stay on that for awhile?

Depends on your method and levels. If you got any combination of gel/pills and testosterone blockers, drop the blockers and maintain levels of 100-200pg/ml (I would recommend the higher end of that range though). If you do mono therapy via injection, you can lower your dosage accordingly to stay in that range. I don't know if DHT blockers are still necessary, as there would be very little T to convert left
