any other legbutts who despise city life but feel obliged to stay in metropolitan areas to keep their social networks and hobbies and careers?

Pretty much. I loathe being around other people. Nobody fucking knows how to act in public anymore. Yesterday I got harassed by this one bitch for trying to maintain a walkway while I was in line at the grocery store instead of blocking it for everybody else. Makes me want to move to an isolated cabin.

One time this deranged guy at the grocery store raged at me and slammed his cart because I had my cart on the left of the aisle instead of the right because there was something on that side I needed to get. I wasn't blocking him but because he was coming down the same side as me opposite he was like FINE I'LL BE THE ONE TO MOVE UGH im like ;_; if I was a big black guy be probably wouldn't say shit 2 me..

so real. the supermarket is a hotspot for sure, every single time there's some retard blocking an entire aisle with their trolley or jumping the queue or some other bullshit. public transport used to be alright here compared to other countries but i've noticed incivilities like people playing videos or having loud facetime calls with no headphones creeping in lately. or people standing right in front of the doors when they're not even getting off like WHY? there's also just been an increase in weird, aggressive or rude people in public more generally. in smaller villages in my country it's not like this at all though, most people are still normal there, this only applies to cities.

nah i'm from central europe. i briefly lived in new orleans fwiw and i actually enjoyed it a lot though it certainly was chaotic on a whole different level compared to here. pretty chill outside the downtown areas though. maybe if someone opened a jambalaya stand here this city would be worth it.
