are you nice to hons? if yes, why, and if no, why not? what about girls who pass but are fat or ugly?
>>44603688i don't consciously treat people differently based on their appearance, what's so hard about that? i judge people based on their character, actions and how good a friend they are. i don't like calling people ugly anyway, just because i'm not attracted to them it doesn't make them ugly. i get that people online these days are obsessed with building some hierarchy based on an objective ranking of attractiveness though, it just feels sad and shallow to me.
>>44603688All i can hope for is to pass as an ugly cis woman
>>44603737would you be more willing to put up with bullshit from someone you found attractive?
>>44603893maybe i was more willing in the past and i have let this happen when i was younger and stupider, but now that i've grown up a bit and am already in a relationship no i wouldn't. there are some people out there who know a lot of people find them attractive and will use that to push boundaries or see what they can get away with. these people are more trouble than they're worth. on the flip side, i've also had a person who didn't pass very well blow up their friendship with me over and over because they were insecure and seemingly felt i looked down on them. i wasn't physically attracted to this person at all but gave them multiple second chances just because i really liked talking to them, and yet they kept blowing up at me so i had to tell them to stop contacting me. idk, i won't hide that i've made a lot of mistakes over the years but i try to learn from them.
>>44603987assuming youre a passoid, how do you feel about the resentment and envy people like that former friend have towards you?
>>44603688I don't want to do it, but I'm fairly sure that I treat cute women better without thinking about it much.
>>44603688only if their sentient
>>44603688if they effortmax and are clearly trying their best to integrate and are nice and not weird then yes absolutely. id rather talk to a well adjusted hon than lilith the goth polycule puppygirl passoid with no voice training
>>44605455i don't really feel anything, it's not my job to feel anything about it because their resentment of me is their business and i can't control it. i mean i've always tried to encourage people in their transitions because my own transition went well and brought me a lot of relief and happiness, years later i still try to help any trans people i come across and give them resources to allow them to transition effectively, but sometimes it doesn't work out for whatever reason. it's not really my job to tell someone how they should feel about that or deal with it, you know what i mean? i had a lot of unhealthy relationships in the past, like codependency, trauma bonding, you name it. the only thing that helped me break the cycle was getting into adlerian psychology, namely the ideas that all relationships should be egalitarian instead of based on some imaginary hierarchy and that you should separate your tasks from other people's tasks to avoid doing their work for them. if someone hates me because of my passability that's on them, it's up to them to figure out why they feel that way and change it if they so wish.
