Oreimo is a shit anime and I'm tired of pretending it's not. There are so many scenes where the characters just act utterly illogically, not in the sense that they behave in weird ways, which could be excusable, but in the sense that it just bad writing that nobody bothered proof-reading. The references to otaku culture are neat and it could be a great show about otaku if it were written by somebody sensible.
