i dunno we're still kinda in the dark ages with this shit, but thats what ive been doing. you can still cycle but when your on it i'd take twice as much progesterone. ive been taking 200mg progesterone in the morning and night. so twice daily.

I took it as a suppository at first but then i switched to taking it orally. I really have not noticed any difference. My boobs were just as sore and I went through the elevated libido spikes all the same.

thanks! i actually had pretty poor prog levels when taking it as a suppository so i decided to switch to taking it orally with food now that i've gone back on it. there are quite a few people who said they got better results with oral so i decided to try it. public health insurance used to cover it for me but then i moved countries and went fully DIY so i need to fund it myself now.

Yeah I'm 25BMI but they're growing a lot since I started. But my circumstances are particular I used to have implants I had to get removed for health so like it's kinda complicated. They were sad deflated socks 2y ago post explant and now they're starting to be big again
