I keep seeing twinks on twitter with builds like this and cant help but wonder how they do it? Im a skinny guy in my early 20s but my hips and stomach simply aren't shaped like this and i struggle to take pics even remotely similar. My hips are just too boxy idk. Is it mostly just genetics/hrt?

it's genetic fat distribution. you can try to redistribute your fat with hrt but there's no guarantee you'll look a certain way and it will take years. you can get liposuction body contouring tho
